Kirti Trades is intended primarily for business and commercial use. By using the App, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into applicable business arrangements.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to represent the business or organization associated with your account, where applicable.
• You will use the App only for lawful business purposes.

If you are using the App on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to do so.

To use certain features, you may be required to create and verify an account using your mobile number and other business information. You may be required to provide information including:

• Name and Mobile number
• PAN and GSTIN, where applicable
• Business details and Address information
• Organisation and GST information
• Bank information, where required
• Other information necessary for the requested service

You agree to provide accurate and current information. We may restrict or suspend access where information is materially inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or cannot be verified.

Authentication may use mobile-number verification and OTPs. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your OTPs confidential
• Protecting access to your device
• Preventing unauthorized use of your account
• Not sharing authentication credentials with other persons
• Informing us if you suspect unauthorized account access

You must not attempt to bypass authentication or access another person's account.

Certain services may require PAN, GSTIN, KYC, or other business verification.

You authorize us to process information necessary to perform such verification through our backend systems and applicable verification providers or government/GSP services.

You confirm that the PAN, GSTIN, business information, and other verification information you provide belongs to you or the business you are authorized to represent. We may be unable to provide certain services if required verification cannot be completed.

Kirti Trades may allow eligible users to create, view, manage, and respond to business quotations and trading-related information. Information may include:

• Commodity, Quantity, and Rate
• Selling type and Delivery location
• Payment terms and Freight terms
• Approval status and other transaction-related information

Users are responsible for reviewing information carefully before submitting or approving any quotation or transaction-related action. The App is a technology platform supporting business workflows. Users remain responsible for their own commercial decisions and for ensuring that transaction information submitted through the App is accurate.

The App may display trade or purchase-order information generated through the applicable business workflow, including:

• Purchase order/trade number and Date
• Commodity, Quantity, Rate, and Total value
• Plant, Delivery terms, Broker information, and Transaction status

Users should review the applicable transaction information and business terms before proceeding with fulfillment.

Where ASN functionality is available, users may be required to provide accurate dispatch information, including:

• Vehicle number and Transport details
• Driver information (Name, Mobile number)
• Dispatch date and Gross/tare/net weights
• Invoice information

You are responsible for ensuring that dispatch information submitted through the App is accurate and corresponds to the actual shipment.

Kirti Trades may provide functionality relating to inward processing, quality inspection, deductions, acceptance, rejection, and related business records.

Quality-related information may include inspection parameters, moisture, deductions, weights, and acceptance/rejection decisions. Such information is displayed and managed according to the applicable business process. Users should review the relevant records and raise any discrepancy through the appropriate business channel.

The App may provide account and ledger information for business transactions. Ledger information may include:

• Transaction date and Voucher type
• Debit and credit entries, Balance, and Narration

Ledger information is provided as part of the business service and should be reviewed against applicable business records where required.

Kirti Trades may support broker assignment and other business relationships. Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide about brokers, representatives, drivers, contacts, and other business parties is accurate and that they are authorized to provide such information.

Where bank details are required for business processes, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account information submitted through the App is correct and belongs to the appropriate account holder or business.

Certain App functionality may use device location information. Where location permission is required, you may choose whether to grant the permission through your device settings. Certain features may not function correctly if the required permission is not granted.

Kirti Trades may send notifications relating to your account, quotations, trades, orders, dispatches, approvals, quality processes, or other business activities. You may control notification permissions through your device settings, although disabling notifications may affect your ability to receive timely updates.

You must not use Kirti Trades to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Access another user's account without authorization
• Attempt to bypass security or authentication controls
• Interfere with the App or its backend systems
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the App or backend
• Use the App for unauthorized commercial or fraudulent activities
• Abuse, harass, threaten, or unlawfully harm other users or business parties
• Use information obtained through the App for an unauthorized purpose

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that these Terms or applicable requirements have been violated.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information submitted through the App. This includes account, KYC, GST, PAN, address, bank, quotation, trade, dispatch, vehicle, driver, invoice, and other business information. You should promptly notify us if material information needs to be corrected.

We aim to keep Kirti Trades available and functional, but the App may occasionally be unavailable because of scheduled maintenance, technical issues, network failures, third-party service interruptions, server or infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the App or every feature at all times.

Certain functionality may depend on third-party services, including verification services, Firebase services, weather services, network providers, and other technical infrastructure. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes to third-party services outside our reasonable control.

The App, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, content, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Kirti Oil Industries Private Limited unless otherwise stated.

You may use the App only for its intended business purposes. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its proprietary components except where permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate an account where these Terms are violated, account information is fraudulent or materially misleading, unauthorized access or misuse is detected, the account is used for unlawful activity, suspension is necessary to protect users/systems, or required verification cannot be completed.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action.

You may request deletion of your Kirti Trades account through the in-app account-deletion functionality. An identity and OTP verification process may be required before deletion is completed.

Once an account has been deleted, access to account-related App functionality may no longer be available. You are responsible for retaining any business information or records that you are required to maintain before requesting account deletion.

Kirti Trades provides software and digital tools to support business workflows. Information displayed through the App may depend on data submitted by users, business systems, service providers, or other sources.

You are responsible for independently reviewing information relevant to your business decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kirti Oil Industries Private Limited does not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or suitable for every particular business purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kirti Oil Industries Private Limited will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the App, including losses resulting from network failures, third-party service interruptions, unauthorized access caused by user negligence, or inaccurate information submitted by users.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available through the App or an applicable website.

Your continued use of Kirti Trades after updated Terms become available constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the use of Kirti Trades shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over Latur, Maharashtra, India.
